I’m Sami Malik, an Electrical Engineer with experience in solar operations.
I’ve handled customer escalations at 3am, coordinated between field engineers and corporate clients, written reports for management, and worked in an environment where clear communication matters.
Along the way, I realised something: a huge part of my job was about getting the right message across.
Taking complex information and making it clear. Getting people on the same page. Explaining problems without creating more confusion.
